Budgetary law may be vetoed by President

The budget article on MNT 250 million for each MP which faced opposition in and out of the parliament was passed by transforming into ministers’ package. The law will be submitted to the President N. Enkhbayar, after his arrival from Russia. “The President would undeniably impose a veto to this law,” says an official source from Parliament. According to the law, he should ban the law within 5 working days. The President is fighting against corruption intensely, thus we hope that he will ban this indirect corruption for each MP.
