of Mongolia at 1 p.m. today,“ the Union of Mongolian Students (UMS) stated this morning
During this time and at 3 p.m. Administration board of Mongolian University of Science and Technology will be holding a meeting regarding this issue. D. Bat-Erdene, Director of Professional Education Department of Ministry of Education, Culture and Science said during an that, “The funding of any university is obtained from different resources. But the university is planning to generate the funding from the students’ tuition because they can not generate it from other resources. However the Ministry has asked the Administration Board of MUST to have a meeting again on Monday.” J. Enkhbat, officer responsible for centralized actions for UMS said, “We require the Dismissal of the chairmen of the Administration Board of the MUST and to keep the tuition fee the same as last years’. This was delivered to Z.Enkhbold, the head of Administration Board of the MUST.” Z. Enkhbold, the head of Administration Board of the MUST, stated “We will hold discussions on the requirements submitted from the UMS. The Board has 30 members itself. We hope that these issues will be resolved soon,” he said in a phone interview Monday morning. |
