Amendments to Education Package Law Passed in Parliament
New amendments made to the education package law will target sending qualified and state trained teachers to the countryside as well as create fines for teachers and government officers who violate students’ rights.

Active ImageFollowing disputes concerning a previous director, students from Secondary School #116, the only school in Mongolia for visually impaired children, still suffer from a lack of resources, professionally trained teachers and help from the state authorities, according to ministerial officials.
 
Administrative Board of MUST Decreases Tuition
Students’ tuition which was increased by 18-40 percent in August has now been decreased by MNT 100 – 150 thousand by a decision of the administrative board of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST).
